This is a luxury apartment building designed by mexican born architect Ismael Leyva. On wednsday leyva was featured in a profile that was published in the New York Daily News. Construction is now underway on one of his buildings at eighth avenue and 48th street. I live in Forest Hills and i took this picture to show you my favorite view of the Windsor Tower.

It will be quite a sight – a sliver building over 500 feet tall.
