buster made all of his hats. he would take a grey fedora, and rip out the inside lining, then he would fold in the crown, and cut 2 inches off the brim. finally, with a small paint brush he would wet the top and bottom of the brim, and flatten it with an iron. he preferred the stetson fedoras.
